About Team Cams Racing
Our Story
Team Cams Racing is a creation from long standing business and Subaru specialist Cams Performance, the team at Cams Performance would participate in a annual event over at Elvington airfield called Ten of the Best, this then progressed to a couple of the guys competing in the Javelin Sprint Series 2023 with some success winning several tr
Team Cams Racing is a creation from long standing business and Subaru specialist Cams Performance, the team at Cams Performance would participate in a annual event over at Elvington airfield called Ten of the Best, this then progressed to a couple of the guys competing in the Javelin Sprint Series 2023 with some success winning several trophies along with a trophy at Ten of the Best 2023.
for 2024 it was decided to develop Team Cams Racing and commit to the Javelin Sprint Series 2024 along with Ten of the Best 2024.

2024 Results & Championship Standings
Simon James - Class J01P Results for Round 7 Oulton Park
After carrying out some upgrades from R6 at Anglesey Simon was looking forward to visiting his home track at Oulton Park for the final round of the season.
Simon started off with some steady lap times as the conditions were slightly slippy causing some traction issues due to having over 600HP in the car.
As the day went on, Simon was getting faster and faster and set a very respectable 1.53.06 to come 9th in class on the day.
Simon also finished 7th overall in class for the season and came 20th overall out of 83 cars.
Brian Coward - Class J03 Results for Round 7 Oulton Park
Brian carried out multiple upgrades from R6 at Anglesey and it showed at Oulton Park, Brian did not have launch control for the final round of the season which meant getting a good launch off the line was going to be difficult.
Ultimately that did not stop Brian as he got away from the line great setting a good lap time on his first run, on run 2 Brian set his fastest lap of the day knocking a massive 4 seconds of his lap time.
Brian secured 3rd place in class on the day securing another trophy.
Brian also secured 3rd in class overall for the season securing a championship trophy for the season.
Brian also finished 15th overall out of 83 cars.
Paul Stott - Class J04 Results for Round 7 Oulton Park
Paul had a great day from start to finish and had his days targets set firmly in his sights and that was to be J04 Champion for 2024.
Run 1 and Paul set a blistering lap time of 1.50.41 which put him 1st in class and 3rd overall.
Paul kept improving throughout the day but on his final run of the day he set his fastest lap of the day with a 1.49.38 which secured Paul 1st in class for R7 and also made him the 2024 CLASS J04 CHAMPION.
Paul also finished 10th overall out of 83 cars.
James Warburton - Class J04 Results for Round 7 Oulton Park
Unfortunately James had to miss R7 at Oulton Park due to a broken arm, however James was still there to support his fellow team mates.
despite missing 2 rounds this season James still manages to finish 4th in class and also 14th overall out of 83 cars.
